"Danganronpa: The Animation" Review

The cult classic video game series of the decade, Danganronpa: The Animation may not have been the best adaptation but at least it was better than the half the other video adaptations
....*shivers*....
But this series is still a great introduction to the franchise and probably the best adaptation they could do in only 13 episodes.
The story follows main protagonist Makoto Naegi, as he finds himself trapped in a school with 14 other students. the only way out? Kill a student without getting caught and survive a class trial! Follow him as he attempts finds the various killers and going all Pheonix Wright in the class trials!
The music and animation perfectly set the mood for the series, all songs being strait from the games! With the exception being the opening and ending theme, which by the way are AMAZING!! The ending theme in particular "Zetsubousei: Hero Chiryouyaku" is an utter masterpiece in my opinion
Its perfect for this time of year for this show and I recommend preordering/buying it online Here.
With all that said I give this anime an A-
As for fans of the game I give it a C+
